Roxane F. Carmona

Roxy has over a decade of experience in the casualty industry. During her tenure she was tasked with managing services for varying organizations working directly with several Fortune 100 and 500 companies. In 2019, Roxy decided to form Alta Claims Services with the vision of innovating solutions that result in superior outcomes for her clients. Prior to joining the insurance industry, Roxy taught pre-school in California and Texas.

Eddy has 28 years of experience in the casualty industry. Before joining Alta, Eddy spent 18 years with the world’s largest claim administrator, Sedgwick, serving as their Senior Vice President of Casualty Practices. In this role, Eddy was responsible for overseeing coverage issues and claims management practices for all lines administered. In addition to holding his Property and Casualty license, Eddy holds several professional designations including an Associates in Claims and Risk Management. Eddy secured his bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, San Bernardino.

Edward E. Canavan, ARM, AIC

Insurance Producer

Holly has a decade of experience in managing casualty claims. For Alta, she assists with analyzing policies to determine applying coverage, holding carriers accountable and understanding the need for endorsements when a policy may contain an inappropriate exclusion. Before entering the casualty industry, Holly managed a territory for Sears dealing with visual design. She secured her Associates Degree from Chaffey College.

Deanna began her career in 1986 with Gallagher Bassett as a claim’s examiner. In 2007, Deanna transitioned to Risk Management for Shasta County, assisting with program design, claims management and coverage issues. Most recently, Deanna worked for a claim’s administrator leading a team responsible for problematic claim issues. Deanna has a myriad of experience in varying aspects of the casualty industry.

Aimee joined Alta Claims and Insurance Services as a Client Advocate over Texas and will focus on identifying potential clients, as well as developing and maintaining client relationships. Aimee has worked in the casualty industry for 17 years after studying Business Marketing at California State University of Sacramento. She began her career in client services with a large national company that coordinated medical evaluations for insurance carriers.

Carey joined Alta Claims Services as a Business Development Specialist, and focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships. Prior to working with Alta, Carey founded an apparel design consulting company, working with clients such as Nike, Adidas, Target, Asics and Oakley. Carey graduated from University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
